Evara Esthetics values your time and mine. To ensure I can provide the best care for all clients, please review the following: • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 60% fee. • If the card on file blocks the cancellation fee, the client will be restricted from booking future appointments with Evara Esthetics. Please provide as much notice as possible so your appointment time may be offered to another client. • No-Call/No-Shows: Missed appointments will be charged a 60% fee of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals • A 6-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. • After this window, your appointment will be forfeited and charged the cancellation fee, or if time allows, a $15 late fee will be added to your service total. Please reach out if you know you’ll be running late—communication allows me to accommodate when possible. • All clients must complete the consultation forms sent via email after booking.
