Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you expect to be late, please reach out ahead of time—I understand life happens, but late arrivals without notice will impact your service. Hair must be at least ¼ inch (about the size of a grain of rice) for waxing. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-call/no-shows will be charged a 50% fee.
