If you arrive more than 6 minutes past your scheduled appointment without prior communication, it will be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly. I also charge a cancellation fee for any no-call/no-show or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service booked. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please reach out if you’re running late — I understand life happens!
